Head of Project Development
Daniel’s key skills lie in technical project management. He has an excellent understanding of the technological and environmental development issues important to the full range of renewable energy technologies. He has advised on technical development, resource assessment and grid connection matters during pre- and full due diligence for over 500MW of wind project transactions throughout UK, Poland, Belgium and France.
Daniel has also led the successful development of green field and industrial wind projects, provided technical services and managed client relations from project inception to turbine procurement and pre-construction handover.
Daniel has a BSc Honours degree in Renewable Energy and is a member of the Energy Institute.
Commercial Advisor
Ben is a trained corporate and commercial lawyer who has specialised for many years in renewable energy. He has worked on large scale wind projects, both onshore and offshore, on behalf of large utilities and has advised clients in the waste to energy sphere. Ben has transaction, project structuring and financial expertise. Recently he has specialised in commercial contracts and financings for small or 'difficult' early stage projects. Ben brings a wealth of understanding and expertise to commercial contracts and negotiations. He is a member of the Securities Institute.
Operations Manager
Martin is responsible for the operation of a number of wind projects, including all aspects of performance, Health & Safety, and reporting. He has 20 years of engineering experience, notably in manufacturing and production management. His background includes research into fluid dynamics as well as applied electrical engineering. Martin has been involved in due diligence for wind projects across Europe, leading the team’s work on turbine technology, resource assessment and operations contracts.
Associate Commercial Advisor
Jake was a founding team member of Green Peninsula, and former COO. He has extensive experience in understanding client needs, and helping them to develop a wind power strategy that suits. He has led board level advisory projects ranging from concept level market entry strategies to intense due diligence work on specific acquisition opportunities across Europe. Prior to Green Peninsula, Jake worked in the Ernst & Young Renewable Energy Group. He has an MSc in Environmental Technology and Energy Policy from Imperial College London, an MA in Geography and Social Anthropology from St Andrews University, a foundation level qualification in management accountancy (CIMA), and is a fellow of the RSA.
Founding Director
Bruce has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He has advised financial institutions and corporates on renewable energy economics, financing and development for projects around the world with a total capacity amounting to over a thousand MWs. He has a deep knowledge of the wind turbine manufacturing sector and extensive experience of turbine procurement - a vital aspect of the development process in today’s restricted market for turbine equipment supply. He has produced manufacturer reviews for potential investors.
International Project Manager
Graeme manages the delivery of a number of renewable energy programmes for major Green Peninsula clients.
Graeme has 15 years of successful experience of senior management positions in power project development and 9 years experience in process plant operation and management. Employers have included Rolls Royce Power Ventures, British Gas and GEC. Graeme has worked on projects globally.
Project Engineer
Jack graduated in 2008 with a MEng in Engineering with Business Management from Warwick University. With extensive education in design, mechanical engineering and fluid dynamics as well as renewables, he undertakes analytical projects and assists with the management of wind farms nationwide.
Company Secretary
Fiona is a Chartered Accountant who has been involved with renewable energy companies for over a decade. In addition to administering commercial companies she has also served as an adviser to the Renewable Energy Office for Cornwall and the Centre for Climate Change Impact Forecasting, C-CLIF.
